Payment Policy

1. Introduction

This Payment Policy outlines the terms for payment processing, fees, security, and refunds for services offered by Tr Mobile CARE, a telemedicine platform by ThinkRoman Health Services. By making a payment on https://2nd.thinkroman.com, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

  • ✅ UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
  • ✅ Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.)
  • ✅ Net Banking
  • ✅ Digital Wallets (PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, etc.)

All payments are processed securely through an RBI-compliant payment gateway.

3. Payment Processing & Security

  • We use end-to-end encryption and PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways.
  • Tr 2nd Opinion does not store credit/debit card details.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring accurate payment details during transactions.

4. Consultation Fees

  • All consultation fees are displayed before payment.
  • The fee varies based on the doctor’s specialization and experience.
  • Charges may be updated without prior notice for future consultations.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We follow a strict refund policy due to the nature of telemedicine services.

5.1 Full Refund Eligibility

A full refund is issued if:

  • ✅ The doctor is unavailable for the scheduled consultation.
  • ✅ There is a technical failure preventing the consultation.
  • ✅ Payment is deducted, but the consultation is not scheduled.

5.2 Partial Refund Eligibility

A partial refund (up to 50% of the consultation fee) is applicable if:

  • ⚠️ The session starts but is disrupted due to technical issues.
  • ⚠️ The consultation is ended early due to platform-related errors.

5.3 No Refund Policy

🚫 No refund will be provided if:

  • The patient fails to join the session (No-Show).
  • The consultation is completed, and a doctor has provided medical advice.
  • The patient is dissatisfied with the consultation outcome (medical judgment).

6. No-Show Policy

  • If a patient does not join within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, the session is marked as No-Show, and no refund is provided.
  • Doctors will wait for 10 minutes before marking a patient as a No-Show.

7. Chargeback & Dispute Resolution

  • In case of unauthorized payments or disputes, contact us at contact@thinkroman.com within 48 hours of the transaction.
  • We will investigate and respond within 7 business days.
  • If necessary, users can raise disputes with their bank or payment provider.

8. Taxes & Additional Charges

  • Consultation fees are inclusive of GST (if applicable).
  • Any bank charges or service fees imposed by payment providers are the user’s responsibility.

9. Payment Confirmation

  • Upon successful payment, users receive a confirmation email and SMS/WhatsApp notification.
  • In case of delays, users should check their bank statements before reaching out.

10. Fraud Prevention & Compliance

  • Tr 2nd Opinion follows RBI regulations on payment security and KYC compliance.
  • Suspicious transactions may be flagged, leading to temporary or permanent account suspension.
