3. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
• Minors must have parental/guardian consent.
• By using this service, you confirm that all details provided are accurate.

4. Doctor-Patient Relationship

• The consultation does not establish a long-term doctor-patient relationship.
• Teleconsultations are not for emergency care. If you have a medical emergency, call 108 (ambulance service in India) or visit the nearest hospital.
• Doctors follow the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI).

5. Payment Policy

• Payments are processed via an RBI-compliant payment gateway.
• You agree to pay the consultation fee before availing services.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund: If the doctor is unavailable or technical issues prevent consultation.
• Partial Refund: If the session starts but cannot be completed due to service issues.
• No Refund: If the patient fails to join the session (No-Show).

7. Prescription Policy

• Doctors provide electronic prescriptions where legally permitted.
• Schedule X and habit-forming drugs will not be prescribed per government regulations.
• The final decision on whether to prescribe medication lies with the doctor.

8. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree:

• Not to harass, abuse, or mislead doctors or support staff.
• Not to record or distribute consultation videos without consent.
• To provide accurate medical history and details.

Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

9. Data Privacy & Security

• Your data is handled as per the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, 2023) and IT Act, 2000.
• We follow industry best practices to secure patient data.
• Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data.

10. Liability Disclaimer

• Tr 2nd Opinion is not responsible for misdiagnosis or treatment outcomes.
• We do not provide emergency services.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the consultation.
