3. Prohibited Conduct

• 🚫 Harass, threaten, or abuse doctors or support staff.
• 🚫 Misuse teleconsultation services for non-medical purposes.
• 🚫 Record, distribute, or share consultations without explicit consent.
• 🚫 Impersonate another individual or provide false information.
• 🚫 Seek prescriptions for prohibited drugs (e.g., narcotics, Schedule X drugs).
• 🚫 Engage in fraudulent activities, including chargeback fraud.
• 🚫 Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.

4. Prescription Misuse & Fraud Prevention

Prescriptions issued through Tr 2nd Opinion are only for personal use. Users must not:

• 🔹 Alter prescriptions to obtain unauthorized medicines.
• 🔹 Sell or share prescriptions with others.
• 🔹 Attempt to get multiple prescriptions from different doctors for the same issue (doctor shopping).

Violations may result in legal action and account suspension.

5. No Emergency Services

🚨 Tr 2nd Opinion does not provide emergency medical services. If you require urgent care, please call 108 (ambulance service in India) or visit the nearest hospital.

6. No-Show & Cancellation Misuse

Users must respect appointment timings. Frequent No-Shows or last-minute cancellations may lead to temporary or permanent suspension.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this policy. Reasons include:

• ❌ Harassment or abuse of doctors.
• ❌ Misuse of prescriptions or fraudulent claims.
• ❌ Repeated violations of the refund or cancellation policy.
• ❌ Illegal activity on the platform.

Users will be notified via email in case of suspension or termination.

8. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

Users must not disclose their login credentials to others. Tr Mobile CARE maintains strict confidentiality for all medical data. Sharing sensitive medical data with third parties without consent is strictly prohibited.
