2. Consultation Cancellation Policy

• Patients can cancel a scheduled consultation up to 2 hours before the appointment for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Full Refund Eligibility

• ✅ Doctor Unavailability – If the assigned doctor is unavailable and no alternative doctor is provided.
• ✅ Technical Failure – If the consultation fails due to platform issues, such as server downtime.
• ✅ Payment Failure – If payment is deducted, but the consultation is not scheduled.

3.2 Partial Refund Eligibility

• ⚠️ Technical Issues During Consultation – If the session starts but is interrupted due to platform-related failures.
• ⚠️ Doctor Ends Session Early – If the consultation ends abruptly due to unavoidable circumstances.

3.3 No Refund Policy

• 🚫 No refund for No-Show (if the patient does not join within 10 minutes of scheduled time).
• 🚫 No refund if the consultation is completed and a doctor has provided medical advice.
• 🚫 No refund for dissatisfaction with medical opinions.
• 🚫 No refund for cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment.

4. No-Show Policy

If a patient does not join within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, the appointment is marked as a No-Show.

No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted for No-Shows.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• If delayed beyond 10 business days, users should contact their bank or payment provider.

6. Chargeback & Dispute Resolution

• Users raising a chargeback must notify us at contact@thinkroman.com.
• We will investigate and respond within 7 business days.
• Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

7. Emergency Situations

Telemedicine consultations are not meant for emergencies. Refunds will not be granted for delays in urgent cases.

Users should call 108 (ambulance service in India) for medical emergencies.
